Recapturetheglory Will Run In The Preakness

BALTIMORE (AP) ―

Recapturetheglory will run in the Preakness Stakes, making him the only Kentucky Derby horse beside race winner "Big Brown" to be entered into the second leg of the Triple Crown.

"Recapturetheglory" finished fifth in the Run for the Roses.

Co-owner Ronnie Lamarque says his horse will be at the Preakness to win.

The horse jogged a mile and then galloped a mile Wednesday at Churchill Downs, where Big Brown also is training before leaving for Baltimore next week.

Recapturetheglory will leave Louisville on Friday and arrive at Pimlico on Saturday. The Illinois Derby winner will be ridden by E.T. Baird in the Preakness.
