AST Dew Tour To Return To Baltimore In June

BALTIMORE (AP) ―

Baltimore will again be a stop on the AST Dew Tour, featuring top competition in skateboarding, BMX and freestyle motocross.

The Panasonic Open from June 19-22 at the Camden Yards Sports Complex will be the first of five stops on the 2008 Action Sports Tour.

The event will also be one of two stops to host Open Qualifier competitions.

AST president Wade Martin says last year's tour stop in Baltimore was a tremendous success and he's expecting a bigger turnout this year.

The four other cities on the tour are Cleveland; Portland, Ore.; Salt Lake City and Orlando. This is the fourth year for the AST Dew Tour.
