Loyola Dorms Named Best In The Nation

BALTIMORE (WJZ) ― Lots of smiles on the Loyola College campus with news that the Princeton Review's 2009 guide names Loyola's 14 dormitories as the best in the nation.

"We are very excited because we work very hard to give our students a positive residential experience," Associate Director of Student Life Sarah Mansfield told Richard Sher.

About 3,200 of Loyola's 3,500 undergraduates live on campus.

Also scoring high among the 120,000 students surveyed at 368 top colleges, the University of Maryland College Park tops in athletic facilities.

The most politically active students are at American University. Best financial aid goes to Princeton University.
