BALTIMORE (AP) ― Baltimore police say a man has killed his three young children at a downtown hotel.

Police spokesman Sterling Clifford says the man called the front desk at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards on Sunday afternoon and said he had just killed his children.

Clifford says officers found three children dead and a man with minor cuts that appeared to be self-inflicted. The man was taken to a hospital for treatment of the cuts.
