Lawyer Claims Nidal Hasan's Hearing Is At Hospital

Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan's civilian attorney, John Galligan, said Friday that military prosecutors informed him of their plans to conduct the alleged Fort Hood shooter's first hearing Saturday in his hospital room at the Brooke Army Medical Center in Texas.
