Man Arrested After Body Found On Road
WHEATON, Md. (AP) ―
Montgomery County police have charged a man with first-degree murder in the killing of a man whose body was found in the road in Wheaton.
Moises Rodriguez, 19, of Wheaton was arrested Wednesday. He is being held without bond.
Rodriguez is charged in the death of Samuel Dejesus Chacon, 34, of New Carrollton.
Officials say a woman driving in the Wheaton-Glenmont area spotted Chacon's body just after midnight Tuesday in the 2500-block of Newton Street.
