Video Machines Seized In Baltimore County

TOWSON, Md. (AP) ―

Baltimore County police are trying to determine if 110 video machines seized from 41 bars and establishments are gambling devices or legal gaming machines.

Under an order from a Circuit Court judge, police have two weeks to file charges or else return the machines. The ruling followed a request for the return of the machines filed by machine owner Carbond, Inc.

Carbond president Carroll Bond III claims the seizures have caused him financial losses.

The machines were seized May 8 in raids throughout the county.
