Trial Date Set For Man Accused In Wife's Death

TOWSON, Md (AP) ― A Baltimore County judge set $50,000 for a man accused of killing his wife, who has been missing since 2005.

Forty-four-year-old Dennis Tetso could await trial living at home -- with a monitoring system -- and go to work if he posts bail.

The trial is set for Nov. 17.

A grand jury indicted Tetso last week for first-degree murder in his 32-year-old wife Tracey's disappearance.

His lawyer, David Irwin, said at Monday's hearing that Tetso "hadn't done anything wrong." He said Tracey Tetso's body had not been found, and there was no evidence linking Dennis Tetso to the alleged crime.
