Baltimore police have set up a tip line for residents to call with information about suspects in a series of rapes that may be related.
Police spokesman Anthony Guglielmi says the tip line -- 888-223-0033 -- will be staffed 24 hours a day by detectives.
Police are investigating eight rapes that have occurred since Oct. 20, three of which occurred near bus stops and may be connected.
