Driver Will Not Be Charged In Fatal Accident

BALTIMORE (WJZ) ― The accident made headlines across the region.  A bride-to-be was killed in a crash on the night of her bachelorette party.  The man who police say caused the fatal crash will not be charged with vehicular manslaughter.

Sunshine Royston, 28, was killed when the limousine she was riding in with friends was struck by a tractor trailer at Haven and East Monument streets in East Baltimore during her bachelorette party in September.

Royston's family tells Eyewitness News they are disappointed in the decision by prosecutors not to pursue vehicular manslaughter charges.

Several other women in the limo were injured.
