Baltimore State's Attorney's office says an arraignment has been postponed for a Baltimore man accused of throwing his child off the Francis Scott Key bridge.
State's Attorney's Office spokesman Joseph Sviatko says the hearing is now set for next Friday.
Stephen Nelson was indicted last month on first-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death. He allegedly threw Turner Jordan, 3, off the bridge in February.
The child's body hasn't been found. Nelson told police demons made him do it. Court documents say Nelson called the boy's mother saying he was going to kill the child. Court records show Nelson was in a custody battle with her.
