Teen Found Stabbed At Caroline Co. 4-H Park
DENTON, Md. (AP) ―
Caroline County Sheriff's deputies responding to a report of shots fired at the county 4-H Park found a 17-year-old Denton boy stabbed three times in his side.
The deputies went to the park Detour Road near Denton around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
Authorities say the facility had been rented out for a juvenile's birthday party, but it appears to have turned into a promotional event for a new rap album.
Deputies found the teen at the house across the street from the park. The injured teen was flown Shock Trauma in Baltimore, where officials say he was listed in serious but stable condition on Monday.
Authorities say they do not know the exact nature of the altercation that led to the gunshots or the stabbing and the case remains under investigation.
