Crofton Man Gets Prison For Exploiting Girl, 14

GREENBELT, Md. (AP) ―

A federal judge in Maryland has handed down a 16-year prison sentence for a former volunteer football coach at Bowie High School who admitted to sexually exploiting a 14-year-old girl.

Aaron Burroughs, 37, of Crofton pleaded guilty last year to transporting the girl to a former Capitol Police sergeant's house in Charles County, then making a video recording of the officer and the girl having sex.

The police sergeant, Michael Malloy, received a 15-year-sentence earlier this year for his conviction on a charge of sexually exploiting a juvenile to create child pornography.
