Two people are killed in Baltimore City after what police are calling a possible case of road rage.
Police are searching for suspects in a double shooting that may have been road rage.
The victims are a 32-year-old Baltimore man and a 16-year-old Dundalk girl.
Mike Hellgren reports they weren't alone in the car when two suspects shot them.
Road rage is believed to be the cause of a deadly shooting in the 1500- block of Mount Royal Avenue.
The driver, Edward Tyree Baylor, 32, and 16-year-old Rebecca Meekins were shot to death by suspects in a green Volkswagen Jetta who fired into their car.
Police confirm two unidentified passengers were sitting in the back seat.
"The passengers were pretty hysterical that left. The girl especially. She was like, I believe she said like, 'We just cut them off. We just cut them off, and they just chased us down,'" said one witness.
This witness heard two to four shots outside her apartment, and the sound of a car screeching away.
She rushed down to find Baylor wounded several times and mumbling something she couldn't understand. Meekins was unresponsive. Both died later at Shock Trauma.
"It was pretty awful. Like we saw the bullet holes in the car. They came through the passenger back window, one for sure. And I think one was in the back glass," said a witness.
Eyewitness News learned Baylor has a long criminal record at least 58 pages long, including involvement in a shooting about seven years ago.
His white Crown Victoria crashed into Tiffany Plante's car after the shooting. She believes it's a total loss.
The arts student never expected this kind of damage outside her front door.
"I drive a lot. I could even cut somebody off accidentally, but I would never want that to come to murder. I mean that's insane," said Plante.
Baylor was on parole at the time of his death.
Meekins' family declined interviews.
