Teen Fatally Stabbed In Port Deposit
PORT DEPOSIT, Md. (AP) ―
Police in Port Deposit say they have identified a suspect in the fatal stabbing of a teenager from Rising Sun.
Authorities say Craig Gilley, 17, suffered a fatal knife wound during an argument Saturday evening outside an apartment in the first block of School House Drive.
Port Deposit police Chief Joe Swam says several people in the apartment building witnessed the stabbing. Swam says police have charging documents for the suspect, but he is withholding the suspect's name while the investigation is continuing.
Investigators say the suspect fled in a pickup truck that was later found abandoned near a wooded area.
