Police Chase Ends With Multiple Crashes

WOODLAWN, Md. (WJZ) ― A police chase ends with several crashes reported.

Captain Mike Perry reports the chase ended violently at Windsor Mill Road in Woodlawn, Baltimore County.

Police tried to stop a minivan. They say while trying to evade police, the van struck several cars and several pedestrians.

The victims were transported to local hospitals with unknown injuries.

Officials say one of the pedestrians struck was sent to Sinai Hospital. 

Police do have one suspect in custody.

Windsor Mill Road was closed in both directions after the crash.
