Memorial Monday For Student Killed In Crash

EMMITSBURG, Md. (AP) ―

A memorial service is scheduled Monday at Mount St. Mary's University in Emmitsburg for a student who was killed in a weekend crash in Pennsylvania.

School officials say 21-year-old Nicole Spencer was killed when her car overturned on Route 81 Sunday.

The Dallas, Pa. student was on her way back to the university when the accident occurred.

Spencer, a member of the Class of 2009, was taking summer classes at the school and also worked for the University's Office of Annual Giving.
