Baltimore City police are searching for a missing woman.

Mia Nichols, 37, has been missing since Oct. 28. She is described as 5'4" and 115 pounds.

Police say her family hasn't heard from her and she hasn't reported to work.

"It's very unlikely that she would just leave them," said Troy Harris with Baltimore City Police.

Nichols has three children.

Police aren't saying why, but they do believe she is in danger. Anyone with information should call police.
