Man Arrested For Scamming Elderly & Businesses

BALTIMORE (WJZ) ― Police arrest a man accused of scamming local businesses and the elderly.

Police arrested Bruce Schriver in Baltimore City after they say they caught him driving a stolen vehicle.

After investigating, police say they determined he also scammed local businesses out of $1,600 by posing as a representative from the Baltimore Blast soccer team.

Investigators believe he also posed as a BGE employee to steal from the older people.
