2 People Struck By Lightning At Allegany Co. Fest.

Allegany County Fire Department says two people were struck by lightning at the Allegany County Fairgrounds. It happened at a bluegrass music festival called "DelFest."

Both were "shaken up" with minor injuries and refused medical treatment. Neither victim was transported.
