Father Indicted For First-Degree Murder Of 3 Kids

BALTIMORE (WJZ) ― State's Attorney Patricia C. Jessamy announced Monday that the Baltimore City grand jury indicted Mark Castillo, 42, of Rockville, for three counts of first-degree murder and child abuse resulting in death.

Court documents allege on March 30 Castillo drowned his three children Anthony, 6, Austin, 4, and Athena, 2, in the bathtub of the Marriott Hotel in downtown Baltimore City.

An arraignment is scheduled for May 19, 2008.
