Dozens Evacuated After Pipe Bursts In High-Rise
BALTIMORE (WJZ) ―
Dozens of people have been evacuated from a high-rise senior apartment building after a water pipe burst open.
A water line for the heating system ruptured inside the building on Dolphin Street, sending water pouring into a dozen apartments.
People living in the flooded apartments are being moved to vacant apartments for the night.
