Fire officials say a tenant of a farmhouse that was destroyed by fire June 7 has been charged with arson.
Forty-five-year-old Wayne Gorman was arrested Thursday. He's being held on $180,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 21.
Officials are investigating a motive in the fire.
The farm house was fully involved when firefighters arrived at the blaze and about 60 firefighters from four counties battled the flames.
Firefighters found Gorman lying on the ground outside the house.
He was treated for smoke inhalation but refused to go to a hospital.
