Sunshine Royston was killed when the limo she and her bridesmaids were riding in was flipped onto its side.
The investigation continues into an accident that killed a young woman out for her bachelorette party.
"She was my best friend, the love of my life, and I lost her," said Joe Hillegas, Royston's fiance.
Joe Hillegas came home from his bachelor party Saturday. But within minutes, he found out his soon-to-be wife, Sunshine Royston, was killed during her bachelorette party.
Adam May reports a tractor trailer slammed into her limousine on Monument Street.
Police are still investigating the cause, but they say the tractor trailer did not yield the right of way.
"Somebody was at fault , and it wasn't the eight women in the back of the limo," said Hillegas.
Sunshine, 28, grew up in Dundalk and had three children. Her untimely death is devastating her family.
"Sunshine was such a caring and genuine person. Anybody who knew her loved her," said Hillegas.
"I told the 5-year-old, Nathan, that Mommy was in an accident and she was in heaven now and she'll always be looking down on us. I didn't think he understood it, but the following day he asked if I miss her yet, and I said 'yes, I miss Mommy,'" said Hillegas.
Funeral services will be at Holly Hills Memorial Garden.
Donations can be made to the memorial fund for the children of Sunshine Royston at any Bank of America.
