2 Killed In Car Accident In Rosedale

ROSEDALE, Md. (WJZ) ― An early morning car accident leaves two people dead in Baltimore County.

It happened after 2 a.m. in Rosedale.

Police say a Lexus was speeding along Philadelphia Road near King Avenue when it rear-ended an Oldsmobile.

The Oldsmobile caught fire, killing the driver.  He's been identified as 22-year-old Angelo Whittington of Baltimore.

A passenger in the Lexus was also killed in the collision.  He's been identified as 27-year-old Darik Leigh of Edgewood.

The Lexus' driver and three other passengers were also injured.
