Serafini Confirmed As Delegate To Replace McKee

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) ― Gov. Martin O'Malley has confirmed Hagerstown businessman Andrew Serafini as the next state delegate from Washington County.

O'Malley spokesman Rick Abbruzzese says Serafini will be sworn in Friday at 2 p.m.

Serafini, a financial adviser who lives north of Hagerstown, will take over the Subdistrict 2A seat that Robert A. McKee held until he resigned last month after police searched his home and seized his home computer.

The 13-year-delegate has not been charged.
