Singing Group Dishes Out Food & Song At Restaurant

How would you like a little gospel with your chicken and waffles? It's on the menu at a new restaurant that's just opened in the Union Square area of Southwest Baltimore.
Ron Matz has more on a place that hits all the right notes.
The successful gospel group "Immeasurable" is spreading its wings. They're in the restaurant business now. Immeasurable Chicken and Waffle is located on Pratt Street in Union Square.
"I had the chicken and waffles. Thumbs up, it was very good," said Tony Cole, customer.
"We came up with the concept to open up this restaurant and we're so excited. It's been going great and we're just having a good time," said Ronnie Brooks, Immeasurable member.
Besides the good food, you might find the young ladies bursting into song.
"We're still touring. We're actually on our way to Nairobi, Kenya. We'll be going over there in February. We're just blessed to be doing what we're doing," said Brooks.
They opened about a month and a half ago.
"People can come, sit down, have a nice dinner and have a nice atmosphere as well," said Yanna Foster, Immeasurable member. "As a group we've been singing together for six years. Gospel music means everything. It gives people hope and faith and it's just about giving back to people."
This new place is already giving back to the community, providing 25 new jobs.
"The people that work here are mainly from the inner city. We're just giving them the tools so later on if they decide to move on, maybe to open their own business or work in corporate America, they would have the tools to do so," said Victoria Coleman, Immeasurable member.
The signature dish is the Immeasurable Chicken and Waffle.
"We have different flavor waffles. We have banana nut, chocolate, blueberry, strawberry, I could go on and on," said Brooks.
Immeasurable Chicken and Waffle is located in the 1700-block of West Pratt Street. It's open seven days a week.
