Teen Charged In Family's Deaths Waives Arraignment
TOWSON, Md. (AP) ―
An arraignment for a teenager accused of slaughtering his family has been called off because he already has an attorney.
Nicholas Browning,16, is charged in the shooting deaths of his parents and his two younger brothers. He is being represented by prominent Baltimore defense attorney Joshua Treem.
Assistant State's Attorney Leo Ryan who is prosecuting the case says it is routine to waive arraignments in cases in which the defendant already has a lawyer.
