Body Found In Patapsco River

ELKRIDGE, Md. (AP) ―

Maryland Natural Resources police say a body was pulled Sunday morning from the Patapsco River.

The body of an adult male was found near a dam in the Orange Grove area of the park and pulled from the river about 9:30.

Police say the body has been sent to the state medical examiner's office for an autopsy and identification.

Natural Resources Police spokesman Sgt. Ken Turner says anyone who may have been in the park Saturday night or early Sunday and noticed anything suspicious should call police.
