19-Year-Old BGE Contractor Electrocuted

BALTIMORE (WJZ) ― A BGE contractor dies after being electrocuted in Anne Arundel County.

It happened Saturday night at 200 Berrywood Drive.

A resident called and told police that the 19-year-old contractor had been shocked. He was part of a crew of subcontractors digging near a light pole.

The teen struck an underground power line. He was transported in cardiac arrest to Baltimore Washington Medical where he later died.
