Baltimore City students ask leaders at city hall for more money towards a youth program.

Baltimore students give up food to get a piece of the government pie.
Pat Warren reports Peer to Peer Youth Enterprises wants to convince Baltimore's City Hall to put $3 million into programs, which pay students for tutoring and sharing skills with other students.
Mayor Sheila Dixon emphasized that the city has earmarked $14 million for youth programs.
Some members of City Council had proposed using money from the city's rainy day fund. But the council found that proposal impractical, as did the mayor.
Students were urged to work within the system, but the students say they are standing their ground.
