Maryland Lt. Gov. Announces Separation With Wife

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) ―

Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown says he and his wife of 15 years, Patricia Arzuaga, are separating.

Brown and Arzuaga made the announcement Friday in a joint statement.

The statement says that Brown will live close to their Mitchellville home in Prince George's County, so both can be active parents for their two children, Rebecca, who is 13, and Jonathan, who is eight.

The statement says that both Brown and Arzuaga continue to have great admiration and respect for each other.
