Pagans Defendant Pleads Guilty
CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) ―
A Philadelphia man indicted with 54 members and associates of the Pagans Motorcycle Club has become the latest defendant to cut a plea deal.
Federal court records show Timothy Flood pleaded guilty to a single gambling charge Wednesday in Charleston. Flood admitted transporting illegal gambling proceeds across state lines.
The charge is among 44 leveled against defendants from West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida. A growing number of defendants have agreed to plead guilty and cooperate, including national vice president Floyd "Jesse" Moore.
