A Frederick man has been sentenced to more than five years in prison for being an accessory after the fact to witness tampering by homicide.
Chester Stone, 44, was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Baltimore.
According to court documents, Stone disposed of the gun that had been used to kill David Lee, 20, in July 2005. Lee had been subpoenaed to testify in a drug trafficking case.
