Md. Schools Police Officer Convicted Of Child Porn
ROWSON, Md. (AP) ―
A Baltimore schools police officer faces up to six years in prison for possession of child pornography.
Brian Warren Eberhardt, 37, was convicted Monday in Baltimore County Circuit Court of three counts.
Judge H. Patrick Stringer Jr. will sentence Eberhardt on Jan. 19.
Authorities say a computer pawned by Eberhardt's girlfriend was found to contain child pornography. Another computer owned by Eberhardt also had pornographic photos and videos involving children.
Baltimore schools spokeswoman Edie House-Foster says Eberhardt began working for the district in January 2005.
